The buses run in the direction of Hakadal, Jaren, Gjøvik and Movatn from the Grefsen station bus stops on Ring 3. Travelers to Oslo S are referred to the subway from Storo. Walking distance approx. 400 meters.

Grefsen station was commissioned in 1900, two years before the entire Gjøvikbanen line was completed.
From Grefsen it is also connection to Alna on Hovedbanen line, which is used, among other things, by freight trains between Oslo and Bergen.
